Where can I check the status of my repair?

To check the status of your repair, log in to our repair portal rma.fixit.pl and click on your repair from the displayed list. In the next window you’ll see the status and a detailed description.

How do I submit a repair?

Log in to our repair portal rma.fixit-service.com and fill out a short registration form, or contact us by phone. We’ll guide you step by step through the process.

You can find a full list of supported manufacturers in the Supported brands section on our website. We provide service for a wide range of devices, from consumer electronics to IT equipment.

How should I pack my device for shipping?

If you can, use your device’s original packaging: it’s perfectly designed to keep the device secure. If you don’t have the original box, choose a sturdy cardboard container large enough for the device plus some cushioning material (we reuse all packaging so don’t worry, it won’t go into landfill). To prevent it from shifting inside the box, make sure the device is surrounded by cushioning material on all sides. Next, tape up the box so it doesn’t open during transit. Properly packaged devices minimize the risk of damage during transport and help us start on your repair quickly.

Can I pay the courier by card or only cash?

You can pay the courier by card or cash, or you can make a prepayment into our account. You’ll receive our payment details when booking your repair.

Whats the difference between submitting a repair with an account and without one?

Submitting a repair without creating an account means you won’t be able to track your repair status online. We recommend creating an account for added convenience and to get access to your order history.

What does it cost to asses a device out of warranty?

The cost of diagnostics for a device out of warranty depends on the type of device and the scope of required testing. Please contact us for detailed information.

My device is damaged after receiving it from the courier. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged device, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We also recommend taking photos of the damages
