In May 2020 we elected Employee Representatives, who are to collaborate with the employer whenever required by the law, especially to consult and/or make arrangements with the employer on behalf of employees in the field of the employer’s social initiatives, measures taken in connection with occupational health and safety, pension schemes, as well as work and remuneration rules.
