Renewable Benefits & Environmental Attributes – Ownership Notice

Renewable Benefits

 
“Renewable Benefits” means any current or future environmental benefits resulting from the activities of FIXIT SA, including (without limitation) carbon savings, avoided emissions, certificates, credits, or any similar environmental attributes, whether existing now or created under future laws, standards or schemes.
 

Ownership

 
All Renewable Benefits arising from the acts or processes of FIXIT SA belong solely to FIXIT SA. By engaging FIXIT SA’s services, all clients and other entities for whom FIXIT SA performs services (collectively, the “Clients”) assign to FIXIT SA all rights to receive any Renewable Benefits and any related incentives, income, or environmental attributes connected to the products, materials, goods, or services handled by FIXIT SA.
 

Obligations of Clients

 
Each Client agrees that:
 

• it waives any claim to Renewable Benefits and will not register, trade, report, or otherwise use them;
• it will not disclose, represent, or claim any Renewable Benefits in any reporting or communication without FIXIT SA’s prior written consent;
• it will reimburse FIXIT SA for any losses, costs, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from the Client’s breach of this clause.
