Where can I check the status of a claim?

To check the status of a claim, just log in to your account in our registration portal, and then select a specific claim from the list by clicking on it. In the next window you will see the status of the claim and a detailed description.

Can I pay the courier by card or only cash?

We accept payment by card and cash with the courier. You can also make a prepayment to our account. Payment details will be provided when you submit your service order.

What is the cost of diagnostics for a device after warranty?

The cost of post-warranty device diagnostics depends on the type of device and the extent of testing required. Please contact us for more information.

When I receive the device after repair, the package or the device itself inside is damaged. What should I do now?

If you receive a damaged device, contact us immediately so that we can solve the problem as soon as possible. We also recommend photo documentation of the damages.
